In yoga, Ahimsa, is a non-violent and non-harming practice. This is a reminder to honour your body and its limits during this 45-minute flow. This class asks you to focus on breathing and dynamic movements which helps you feel grounded and present.
Jasmina guides you through a dynamic and lively flow with inspiring direction. You can expect a healthy balance of strength building and deep stretching through three-legged dog and bridge to lizard and side twists.
This class uses yoga blocks and a chip foam block. If you don't have any yoga blocks, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in a similar nature. Instead of a chip foam block feel free to use a firm pillow or a folded up towel.
