Get ready to sweat! This is Hana's 60 minute, total body workout. This is a fully balanced full-body workout that includes a warm-up, a strength-building class that includes three blocks of exercises, and a cool-down stretch.
This is a time-based workout that includes four exercises per block [3 blocks in total]. You'll have 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest/transition. This is a long workout, so remember to take breaks, hit pause, and pull back if you need to.
Props: If you have weights, bring those to this workout! If you don't have weights, you can do this as a body weight workout.
