Join Alison for this 45 minute Barre class! This is a cardio-focused class, so we will be getting our heart rate up and getting sweaty. This is going to be a mainly standing class with a little bit of mat pilates work.
Props: There will be some balancing work, so have a chair or countertop close in case you need some support while you balance.
