A slow-paced practice that uses long deep stretching, to enhance joint mobility and flexibility.
Today we will be getting into our connective tissues with deep shapes/stretches. Know as we work through these next 60 minutes you might feel an array of sensations: achy, stiffness coming out of shape, throbbing. These are normal and is your body's way of releasing tension. If you ever feel any tingly or quick shooting pain, slowly ease out of your shape/stretch - these are nerve sensations.
Suggested Props: bolster or rolled up blanket, strap or belt or bathrobe tie
