Connor offers a gentle and slow Yin class to help you relax at the end of your day. Yin Yoga really is the "big chill". This style is all about relaxing and letting gravity do its job as you melt deeper into poses. To take this class to the next level, set yourself up with a candle or diffuser, some relaxing music, and dim the lights.
Props: with Yin Yoga, it's important to use props to support your body as you fully relax your muscles. You will need a bolster (or cushions/pillows/rolled up blanket), blocks (or books/pillows) and a strap (or robe tie/scarf)
