Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice with long deep holds to enhance mobility and flexibility by targeting your deep connective tissue.
Expect a meditative practice allowing for time and space to turn inwards. All levels.
This class uses props. If you don't have a yoga bolster at home, simply use a couch cushion or anything you have around the house.
