YYOGA hot yoga teacher trainer, Hillary Keegan, leads you through our signature YHot style – a sequence of slow, held postures with an emphasis on alignment with the option to crank up your core temperature through focused breathwork.
In our studios, YHot is practiced in 40 degree heat with 40% humidity, however, you don’t need heat or humidity to benefit from this grounding and uplifting class. Hillary offers a present, positive, and playful practice, pairing the power of movement with “I am” mantras.
And because YHot is a set sequence, is can be incredibly meditative and beneficial to the body.
This class uses yoga blocks. If you don't have any, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in similar nature.
