This class takes all of the poses from the intelligent sequencing of a YHot 60 minute class and invites opportunities for expansion.
The extra 15 minutes will allow time for double sets of poses as well as modifations. Remember to listen to your body and find what feels good for you!
No props requried, but feel free to have blocks close by if you need them.
