Join Alison for an extended, 70-minute YHot class. This class is not a typical YHot, in that it is sequenced with a little more creativity and variation, while still having the Hot Yoga postures you know and love. This class still peaks to Dancer's Pose but offers some unique ways to open up the body leading up to it.
Optional Props: 2 blocks (or books for stability and opening), and a yoga strap (or robe tie/scarf to allow more accessibility)
