Join Hillary for a 60-minute class moving through YHot postures! Even if you aren't practicing in a hot room, Hillary mentions that there is so much intelligence behind the sequencing of these postures. This nourishing practice incorporates a balance of active Hatha Yoga postures to warm the body through intelligent and slow movement. This is followed by longer holds in the poses to relax and restore the body
*Tips for Creating a "Hot Room" at Home*
- Crank the heat in your house
- Practice in front of your fireplace
- Practice in front of a mirror
- If you have a large bathroom, you can turn on our shower for a little bit to create heat & humidity in that room for your practice.
You do not need to create a "Hot Room" to do this class - it can be enjoyed anywhere at any temperature!
