Join Hana for a 30 minute Cardio & Strength class! This will be a fun class where we will do a little dancing and listen to some pop music (playlist listed below)! The cardio in this class is dancing, so there is a little bit of coordination required, but remember you're dancing at home so dance like no one is watching!
We will also be using some weights today. Have a set of light weights and heavier weights if you have them. Alternatively, use some water bottles or cans of soup.
