Join Hana for an awesome, 30-minute Glider workout! This is a total-body workout using (2) clothes, rags, scarves, or anything that can be used to glide your feet along a smooth surface. If you have carpet, you can use something like magazines, frisbees, or plastic lids from containers. Hana also suggests you keep your shoes on for this practice since it helps you keep your feet stuck to your "gliders".
Optional: weights (to spice things up!) or you can ditch the gliders and do this as a body weight workout.
