Spice up your upper body workout with this 20-minute class!
Expect to work your chest and triceps through a variety of different movements.
Clem takes you through a quick warm-up before getting you into the work.
You'll be lead through several movements with active rest in between, making this a higher intensity challenge. Expect for that heart rate to be elevated to help work your cardiovascular system.
If you're looking for a full-body workout this week, check out Clem's YSculpt collection. Use one class per day, or double them up if you're feeling energetic.
This class uses two sets of weights, one heavier and one lighter. If you don't have access to these you can use soup cans, full water bottles, or anything that provides resistance. Ready to work? Press play!
