Join Hillary for this express YHot class - it's just 30 minutes!
This is a condensed version of Hillary's usual YHot series. We will stay true to the integrity of the YHot series, moving all the way through the body, but we will be able to do it in 30 minutes.
YHot is our signature hot yoga style. It's a sequence of slow, held postures practiced in a hot room with an emphasis on alignment. In our studios, we heat our rooms to 40 degrees, however this is unnecessary for you at home and the practice holds incredible benefits from the sequence alone.
