Welcome to YYOGA at Home's Yoga series on the 5 Elements. In this class, we will explore the Water element.
Connecting with this element connects us to ourselves as we are made up of water. There is so much we can learn from the power of the waterfalls, the calmness of the lakes, the way the ocean unapologetically ebbs and flows. In this class you will flow like water, express like water, and dive deeper into connection with this element. This Vinyasa Flow class will flow like water and include smooth repetitive motions, like the waves flowing on and off the beach.
