Join Sasha for a sweet, Vinyasa Flow class. This is an all-levels practice and will offer you opportunities to add-on or pair-back when you need to. This class will be great for your hips, back, and it will open your heart.
This class does include weight-bearing poses on the hands & wrists, so please be aware of that if you are experiencing any injuries in your hands/wrists.
No props required, but feel free to have a block (or book/pillow) nearby if you need it.
