Join Alia for a 60-minute Hatha-Flow Yoga practice. This is a sweet and nourishing practice that will include Vinyasa-style movements and Hatha movements. This class is all-levels, and is meant to be accessible and enjoyable for anyone at any stage in their practice.
Props are optional - but we encourage you to have 2 blocks (or pillows/books) close by if you need them to bring the floor to you or to help open you into a specific shape.
