Join Naomi for a Weekend Workout! This is a 60 minute, full body, HIIT style workout.
Today's Full Body HIIT Circuit With Weights (Low Impact Options) is going to be comprised of 6 different circuits. Within each circuit there will be 3 different exercises: 2 strength, 1 cardio. Each exercise will be roughly 45 seconds with 15-20 seconds of rest in between. We will repeat each of these circuits 2x!!! So get ready to sweat and feel the heat for these next 60 minutes!
