Welcome to 35 minutes of Hatha Yoga with Mark! The theme of this class is "root to rise". This means we will be working on stability and steadiness. This helps us to cultivate the energies that are associated with the Root Chakra. The Root Chakra gives us the energy to feel stable and grounded, and when we have that strong foundation underneath us, we discover the ability to rise up & lengthen.
Props: 2 blocks or books (optional)
