This is a short and sweet meditation perfect for those of you who are new to meditating. Let go of any fears or anxieties that may come up when starting something new, as this meditation is designed to be for anyone and everyone.
Ensure you find a way that you feel comfortable sitting or lying down. It's important that you feel safe and supported. You can close your eyes, or just soften them. Pay attention to your breath and the sensation in your body as you release tension.
