Join Lisa for a 45 minute Hatha Yoga class. This class will synchronize your breath with movement while building strength, balance, and flexibility. Even though this is a slower-paced class, Lisa reminds us to do what feels good in our own bodies. Sometimes, we don't always need to follow the practice exactly, we can find our own shapes that feel better in our body.
