An open heart comes from discovering the balance between softening into vulnerability and strengthening opposites areas of the physical body to support to expansion of the front body. Today we will be incorporating back line engagement (back body, glutes) to support a release and expansion across the heart (anahata). This practice will invite you to dive deep into sensation, presence, awareness of emotions that may surface as a release and as always ... an opportunity to smile, play, and enjoy the unravelling of it all along the way!
