Inspired by our original YHot sequence, Alison adds a few more shapes in between to help turn up the heat.
You'll start the class with some core engagement and transition into standing for a few chest opening poses. Follow Alison's clear and calming guidance through a standing series that includes low lunges, warrior two, and twists. This class invites you into dancer's pose as your peak posture, you'll be nice and warmed up for this so lean in!
This class uses yoga blocks. If you don't have any, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in similar nature.
