Welcome to your Day 1 Meditation of your Digital Retreat!
This day is all about looking inward and asking yourself deep questions. Be sure you have your journal close by, and that you have received your "Day 1" Digital Retreat email.
STEP 1: Listen to this Meditation
This is the first class you will do in this series. Find a comfortable seat to really relax. Light some candles or turn on your diffuser, grab pillows, cushions, or blocks (whatever you prefer) and settle into your comfortable position. Listen to the words Hillary says and let them sink in. Let the weight you've been carrying sink away, and clear room in your heart to open yourself up to self-love.
STEP 2: Journaling
After this meditation, open your journal and bring up your Self Love Digital Retreat "Day 1" email. This email contains special Journal prompts for you to write down and answer as truthfully as you can. Take all the time you need on this.
