Settle into your mat and open up— this is a back-bending class! This Vinyasa Flow class leads to Wheel Pose (urdhva dhanurasana). This is a challenging pose that requires a lot of front body opening (the quadriceps, hips, chest muscles, and shoulders). It also includes activating and engaging the back body.
Jayme opens up the body and ignites the muscles needed as she leads us into this full backbend pose. She also offers many cues and micro-adjustments to help make it more accessible to more practitioners.
