Join Mikaela for a 55 minute Side Body Flow! We will be moving fluidly in this Vinyasa practice, which means we will be moving smoothly from shape to shape in coordination with our breath.
We will be inviting a lot of space along the sides of your body. All the way from our shoulders, rib cage, hips, and down our legs.
This is great for folks with tight "IT" bands.
