Join Jasmina for a 60-minute Energizing Power class. In this practice, we will spend some time using our hands in side-planks - alternatively, you can switch to your elbows. We will synchronize our breath to movement in order to build strength and flexibility.
Props: (all optional) Have any props you need for your body and your practice close by. This could be blocks (or books, pillows, cans of soup), or a yoga scrap (or a robe tie or scarf).
