Chair Yoga offers students the ability to move in their body without putting weight in their hands and feet.
The chair provides a grounding centre points from where you can start to educate your body and become familiar with the different shapes we move through in a yoga class. It's also a great place to come back to if you're working with an injury and need an extra gentle way to move.
