Join Hana for this quick, 10-Minute Tone class for your thighs! This is a 360 degree thigh workout, meaning we will work the inner + outer thigh as well as the front and the back of the thigh. This engages a number of large and more connective muscles to really tone up our legs.
Please have some heavier weights if you have them, or else this workout can be done just with body weight.
