The gateway to yoga for Veronika was through hot and power yoga. 15 years of practice and 500 hours of teacher training later, what she loves about yoga is that it’s a life-long pursuit and is complimentary to all activities. She offers a fiery, alignment-focused practice that melts into a mindful and heartfelt conclusion. She's learned from teachers in Montreal and Vancouver where she studied from Danielle Mika Nagel, Christine Selda, and Jasmina Egeler.
