Hana will lead you through this full-body Pilates class that will have you feeling the burn! Pilates’ classes, like this one, move through slow-motion movements with the help of resistance bands.
This is a workout that’s low-impact, high reward. Working against the resistance of the band you'll do leg presses and extensions to light up your glutes. Hana also incorporates shoulder flossing and arm flys that tone your upper body. Don't worry, on top of the ab targeted exercises, your core will be engaged the whole time as you move through the class.
This class uses a chip foam block, a yoga mat, and a resistance band. A band is a wonderful prop that you can pick up online or at a nearby drugstore. If you don’t have one, you can use a rope or robe tie but it’s helpful to have something with a bit of give. If you don't have a chip foam block you can use a towel or a smaller pillow.
