Join Heather for a 30 minute Cardio Barre class! She is using small 2 lb weights, but you can use water bottles/cans of soup or no added weight at all.
You do not need to use heavy weights for this class.
Cardio Barre is a dynamic, high-intensity and low-impact sculpting workout. Just like it may sound, "Barre", includes dancer-style movements and challenges your coordination along with your strength.
