Fire up your lower body with Heather in this Barre Bootcamp class! This class is inspired by Heather doing her own mini Barre Bootcamp workouts for herself in her kitchen. You will need a little bit of space around you and the ability for your feet to glide.
Barre includes smooth, movements inspired by Ballet, but does not require any previous dance experience to be able to enjoy the benefits of this practice!
No props are required but you will need a countertop or chair for balance, as well as socks to help your feet glide smoothly.
