Whether you're looking to target the upper body as an addition to another class or if you're just looking to target the area, this class is for you! This 30-minute class is also travel-friendly (can be practiced in hotel rooms)!
Rich's directions are clear, motivational, and informative. He always makes sure that you're nice and warmed up before leading you through the work, so don't worry if this is your first class of the day. Each move Rich suggests has an option for you to make it harder or easier. So grab your props and let's get moving!
This class uses a yoga mat and a yoga block. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books, or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way. You'll also want a couple of lightweights. If you don't have access to these you can use soup cans, full water bottles, or anything that provides resistance.
