Get into your pajamas, grab a cozy blanket and pillow, and join Rebecca for this Yin Yoga class for nourishing sleep. Part of having a good night's sleep is by preparing the body and the mind. Experience this thoughtfully designed sequence to calm the body and relax the mind for restorative, nourishing rest.
This class uses a yoga mat, blocks, and bolster. If you don't have blocks or a bolster at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a wrapped blanket, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
