This practice asks you to tune in, trust your abilities, and, most importantly, to listen to your body. A Self Love Hatha class is meant to be gentle, you can just allow your body to be at the level it is and avoid pushing into any discomfort.
Joss starts her class with a beautiful meditation that will help you relax into the moment. Throughout the 45 minute sequence, she will guide you through gentle movements, stretches, and mantras.
At the end of class, you'll feel calm and uplifted. As you rock and roll up to a seated position, wrap your arms around yourself and give a little hug, you deserve some love here.
You may find it beneficial to use yoga blocks. If you don't have any, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in a similar nature. For your final rest, it also might be nice to have a blanket nearby.
