Leave your work from home office behind and join Rachel on the mat. The relaxing aspects of this yoga class help the mind and body relax.
Rachel starts this class in a seated position with some chest opening movements that incorporate your breath. Hip flossing, planks, and Pigeon Pose are just some of the postures Rachel uses to help you reconnect and take your body out of the seated position it might have been all day.
This class uses yoga blocks, if you don't have any you can use some thicker books to help support your practice.
