Love and be loved with this intuitive practice.
This flow is inspired by the medicine of Leo Season. The intention behind this class is to use the fiery passion of the lion to recall self-love. Press play and enjoy this gentle and fluid flow that will leave you feeling centered in your heart when these 30 mins are through.
Starting with several heart-forward sun salutations Regina makes sure you're taken care of with variations depending on what your body needs today. Working through side angle pose, humble warrior and eagle you'll be invited to keep the heart-forward intention that was set at the beginning of class all the way to the end.
This class uses a yoga mat and yoga blocks. If you don't have any blocks, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in similar nature.
