This is an all-levels, gentle yoga, and meditation class. In this class, we will be focusing on connecting to your body to build self-love and awareness.
Joss Frank is an Indigenous Womb Wellness guide specializing in womb yoga, private therapeutic sessions for women, and womb yoga nidra inside her sacred offering: Wild Womb. Joss is BIPOC (Indigenous, Black, and German) and passionate about supporting, uplifting and guiding all self-identified women to show up in the world as their MOST authentic selves
