Join Lisa for a 30-minute heart-opening Hatha practice. This practice will balance passive and active heart-opening positions. Heart-opening practices work to open up your front body and can affect not just the physical structure of the chest (layers of tissue, bone and muscle) where the heart resides, but the energetic and emotional capacity (love, compassion, acceptance, gratitude, to name a few) of ourselves as well.
Props: 2 blocks (or cushions/pillows)
