Join Sasha for this fun & fierce Vinyasa yoga class! This is a more intermediate yoga class that includes a peak pose of chin stand (aka fierce bird face pose). As we build into this peak pose, Sasha will take us through other fierce bird-themed poses such as peacock and peacock feather poses. This challenging class includes unique poses and sequencing to challenge your body and mind.
