How do we invite a healthy menstrual cycle into our lives? We listen and honour our bodies! Joss encourages meditation, expressive movement, breathwork, rest and journaling. All of these elements are covered in this 45 minute gentle class.
Joss starts the class off with some thought-provoking journal prompts. She then guides you to connect to your breath and body with gentle movement and stretching.
You may find it beneficial to use yoga blocks. If you don't have any, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in similar nature. You can also grab a journal or a piece of paper to write out some of the wisdom that comes from this class.
