Join Miguel for a 45 minute Power practice. In this class, Miguel has chosen to focus on the area around your navel (the energy centre). This lower abdominal area is important within yogi traditions because it's the area from which we draw our power.
When we are feeling blocked, tired, or depleted, this is an area of the body we can draw from to gain empowerment and energy from. Let's take these postures and practices into our life to help us feel stronger and more energized!
