Join Connor for a 60 minute Modified Ashtanga Yoga class!

Originally made famous by Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga goes into detail about key components of yoga such as vinyasa, drishti, bandhas, mudras, and philosophy. Traditionally a set sequence, I taught a modified primary series starting with our standing postures and moving all the way through seated to the finishing set.
