Join Hana for a 60 minute Pilates Fusion Class! This style uses controlled movements to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing core awareness.
It is a mat focused practice today. Optional for you to incorporate any exercise bands or pilates balls if you choose to, however it is not necessary as using your body weight itself is a great workout as is!
