Today, Hana is doing a Pilates Fusion class. This will be a top-to-bottom (full body) workout with no equipment required! This style uses controlled movements to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing core awareness.
Suggested Props: yoga mat, resistance bands, weighted pilates balls, blocks or cushioning
