Join Chrissy for a quick, 30-minute Pilates class! This is an express-style mat Pilates class, so we will be moving quite quickly through the exercises. This is a great class for those of you who practice Pilates often and don't need all of the cues in a full-length class.
This style uses controlled movements to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing core awareness.
