Fire up your glutes and obliques in this firey class!
In this 35 minute Pilate Fusion practice, we will have a combination of standing and mat sequences that will challenge our whole body, focusing on our side body and glutes.
Optional Props: You won't need any equipment for this class, however, you can use a chair for elevated bridges if you wish you challenge yourself. You can also use a block (or book/pillow) to squeeze between your legs.
