Join Hana for this 45 minute Pilates Mix class! In this class, we will be using just our body weight and a mat. Feel free to have some blocks close by if you feel you need to modify some poses. We will be doing most of our movements on the mat today, with some standing sequences at the end. This is an all-levels class, so we hope you enjoy!
