Join Hana for a 30 minute Pilates class!
This full-body, standing Pilates practice will strengthen our feet and legs. We will also use our core for balance and postural alignment, and feel the burn in our shoulders and arms as we hold them up during postures.
Make sure you have lots of space around you, but no props are required.
